Carefully designed for beginners, the bow is lightweight and easy to handle. Made of industrial grade carbon composite material, it offers proper balance for quick response and flexibility. Each bow is individually hand-crafted and adjusted by experienced luthiers to ensure great playability.
Skeptical about the bow at first as there was no reviews yet, I have to admit that it is a good quality bow with great price. I started playing violin 5 years ago and I own three bows, one intermediate pernambuco bow and two fine carbon fiber ones(both $200+) . I needed to get one more because one of my carbon fiber bow lost most of hairs. It was a great bow yet only lasted a year. So I thought I could get a cheap bow just for practice so another costly one could last longer. I appreciate the patience of Larry, the online chatting customer service dude. He answered all my questions and was very professional. Seen from the pics shown on the site, the bow looks very well made. That was when I decided to give it a try. I received it in two days and the craftsmanship is incredible, especially for this price. I tried playing a few pieces and it works perfect, almost as good as my Pernambuco bow. What a surprise! Of course the fine bow is better overall than this one, as expected. But considering the price difference, you would rather go to this bow. The bow is in daily use for practice since its arrival. No trouble with hair loss or any other problems. I also noticed this bow has less bow hiss and offers better handling. Very happy with this purchase. Will definitely return if any need arises in the future!"
This bow is well balanced, right weight for me and produces great tone. The only drawback I would say is it is a little heavier than my wooden bow. But it's getting easier to use after about 4 days. For this price, just buy it!
Got this bow for my mom. She started her violin lesson half a year ago. She likes the bow very much. So far all good. Great value! Thanks!
